Scope of Work

• Visual inspection of transformer tank, bushings, radiators, and conservator
• Transformer oil sampling and dielectric strength (BDV) testing
• Oil filtration and reconditioning
• HV/LV terminal connection tightening
• Insulation resistance (IR) and winding resistance testing
• Buchholz relay and pressure relief device checks
• Earthing continuity inspection
• Thermal imaging to detect hotspots
• Final load and performance testing

Result
The transformer was restored to optimal operating condition with verified insulation performance and safety compliance, minimizing downtime risk and ensuring reliable power supply for Quality Feeds' ongoing operations.
