Project Overview
Ohmistiry performed comprehensive servicing of two power transformers — 3 MVA and 2.5 MVA — at DR Industries Ltd., ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted power supply for the facility's operations.

Scope of Work

Visual inspection of transformer tanks, bushings, radiators, and conservators on both units
Transformer oil sampling and dielectric strength (BDV) testing
Oil filtration and reconditioning
HV/LV terminal connection tightening
Insulation resistance (IR) and winding resistance testing
Buchholz relay and pressure relief device checks
Earthing continuity inspection
Thermal imaging across both transformers to detect hotspots
Final load and performance testing

Result
Both transformers were restored to peak operating condition with improved insulation performance and verified safety compliance, reducing downtime risk and reinforcing dependable power reliability across DR Industries' production facility.
