• HV/LV connection tightening and torque checks
• Insulation resistance (IR) and earth resistance testing
• Circuit breaker and relay function testing
• Busbar and joint inspection for signs of overheating
• Thermal imaging to detect hotspots
• Final load testing and performance verification
